MMT100M - MMT60K - GTM25K
Article 1 - Acceptance of rules
The first edition of 100 miles Magredi Mountain Trail (MMT100M) will take place in October 07-08-09 2011. The MMT 100Mile is an extreme race of 160 km, which unfolds along paths that CAI from Vivaro (PN) in Friuli Venezia Giulia region and covers about 6000 m + height difference. At the same time will take place other two races: the Magredi Mountain Trail 60K 2 ^ ed. (ultra trail race of 65 km with about 2500 m d+), and GTM25K, Great Trail Magredi (Trail race of 25 km with about 1000 m d+). Participation at the MMT100M, MMT 60K and GTM 25K implies acceptance, in its entirety and without reservation, of this Regulation. By registering each competitor agrees to all rules. Officials, organizers and free from any civil or criminal liability for any accident, damage or injury to him or derived from self-caused, that may occur during the event. To participate you should take note of the length and difficulty of the races in nature and the night-time fee, and be fully trained to deal with it. MMT 100M, MMT 60K and GTM25K do not include steps in altitude (maximum altitude of about touching 1600mt. sea level), and the track conditions are not very difficult. It remains true, however, that the weather (wind, cold, rain or snow) may affect the balance and the trend of the race, as well as the steps at night. There are no hard climbing sections defined in the nomenclature of CAI, for "hikers" (EE).Art.2 - Organization The three races are organized by ASD Magredi Mountain Trail in cooperation with www.mondoultranet.com, the Fiamme Cremisi, Gelindo dei Magredi.
Art.3 - How to apply
Entries open Tuesday, March 1, 2011 and up to the No 500 members for MMT100M No 300 members for MMT60K No 400 entries for GMT25K, and in any case not later than September 30, 2011 (date will the transfer of payment).

All applications for registration should be accompanied by supporting documentation nell.art. 6 after the exclusion from participation in competitions. The registration fee includes all services described in this regulation. Each participant will be able to see the completion of registration by visiting www.magredimountaintrail.com. Registration is considered complete only when it is received by the organizers all required documentation as stated in Article 6 of the Regulation. Article 4 - General presentation. This event, which will occupy the territory of Magredi and the main towns of Friuli Dolomites (UNESCO Natural World Heritage), will start and finish at "the Gelindo Magredi Country Rsort" in Vivaro (PN) for all three races on the calendar, with the exception of GTM25K, , starting from Maniago (PN). All three races wil go through the following municipalities: City of Vivaro, Vajont City, City of Maniago, City of Andreis, Barcis City, City of Aviano (Piancavallo locations), City of Frisanco (Monte Raut and fraction of Poffabbro) City of Cavasso Nuovo, City of Arba. All paths have a common first part, that is "magredi", an area in the province of Pordenone located at the point where the waters of the high plains of the rivers Meduna and Cellina sink into the aquifer. In that place there are great variety of flora and fauna. "Magredi" means "poor land", that is arid with little water for the presence of stones and grasslands. Magredi evolved bring back the memory of what once must have been the landscape of the Hungarian Puszta. In Magredi coexist a sort of last refuge for many bird species such as skylarks, courier small, and l'occhione partridge, which is the symbol of Magredi. Leaving the bed of the streams, paths will split and then reunited in the final stretch that shows only the athletes in Vivaro (PN).
Article 5 - Races Please refer to website for detailed information on the course. The MMT100M : depart Vivaro (PN), at "Gelindo Magredi" at 18.00 on Friday, October 7, 2011. The MMT60K : depart Vivaro (PN), at "Gelindo Magredi" at 8:00 Saturday, October 8, 2011. The GTM25K Maniago depart at 9:30 Sunday, October 9, 2011.
Art.6 - Terms of admission of competitors
a) Have the legal age at the date of commencement of the races;
b) Athletes residing in Italy with a club affiliated with Fidal enrolled in CIP, where the inscriptions are not signed by the President of the Company who takes full responsibility, must present at registration, a copy of the declaration signed by the substitution President of the Company confirming that the item belongs enrollment for the current year, otherwise it will not be allowed to participate;
c) In addition, athletes can participate in possession of valid medical certificate for competitive athletics that will be sent a copy together with the application form and copy of the membership at the FIDAL daily at a cost of € 5.00 (the cost includes a € 2.00 per share for the Regional Committee and a FIDAL of € 3.00 for compulsory insurance).
For this option, the athlete must: download the "card authorization to participate in road races for non-members" from www.fidal.it site, fill out the form and send it along with the competitive medical certificate (valid for Athletics or for road racing) and a copy of the payment of € 5.00 (to be carried out together with the payment of registration fee, specifying payment). Curriculum in the athlete should indicate to what competitions Ultratrail took part in the last two years.
By entering, contestants certify to be in physical and psychological conditions which can face the competition of having been documented and recognized risk and difficulty of the course.
7 - Rankings and awards There are no cash prizes. Prizes will be awarded for MMT100M for the MMT60K and GTM25K with awards of nature and sports equipment in the absolute top 5 men and 5 women absolute first. All finishers will receive the medal of the event. All participants will receive a full race pack.
Article 8 - test program and side events They will be promoted by the Organizing Committee, cultural events, entertainment, sport and leisure, food and wine and interest. Gatherings to create a circle of interest around the sporting event, such as to involve the citizens and those who will be accompanying the athletes. These events will take place in three main locations of the event: Vivaro, Barcis and Piancavallo. It will be at the discretion and care of other single common plan, in turn, related initiatives. Specifically: a) Autumn Festival at the Farm in Vivaro Gelindo (in which products will be exhibited typical seasonal and various tastings will be provided) b) Festa del Vino del Friuli in Vivaro (by the company of local winemakers, with tastings and sales of products) c) Laboratory of mosaic Vivaro (ed. Gelindo Magredi) d) Teaching Farm in Vivaro (ed. Gelindo Magredi) e) A day on horseback in Vivaro (ed. Gelindo Magredi) f) concerted Vivaro (evening concerts by local groups) g) Alpine Flower Festival in Piancavallo (pending the competitors will be given the opportunity to learn about local floral together with an entertainment-based food and wine) h) Autumn Festival in Barcis (pending the passage of the athletes will discuss the food and wine, spices and music shows) i) Market Barcis Crafts (arts and crafts market along the lake near the passage of the athletes)
Art.9 - Distribution of start numbers and control of the backpacks The delivery of the race packet and bib will be within the Secretariat of the event, at the headquarters of the event: the farm "Gelindo Magredi" in Vivaro (PN). Art.13 - Road Book The road book, in its latest edition, will be available at the organization from the day June 1, 2011. Competitors are invited to download and print it. No copy will be delivered with the race pack.
Art.14 - Security and Medical Assistance Security and medical assistance will be ensured in terms of life for MMT100MILE. They will also be secured by the organization personnel stationed along the route, from the Alpine Rescue workers, medical personnel (doctors, volunteers, civil protection, etc.). Links to help you move along the path in areas accessible to vehicles in use. Mountain Rescue operators, healthcare professionals, volunteers and civil defense workers of the Mountain Community, are organized to assist those who need it, using its own resources or through affiliated organizations. Art.15 - Insurance The organization will take out insurance for civil liability for the entire period of the test. Each competitor is strongly encouraged to obtain personal accident insurance that covers any costs of research or transport by helicopter or other exceptional means.
Art.16 - Refreshments, drinks and food The eateries will be provided with drinks (hot and cold) and foodstuffs. Nowhere Refreshments will be available in plastic cups: drinking riders must obtain a glass to carry around personal or other container suitable for use. Terms will be provided for MMT100MILE Life (at least 3), in structures heated by offering hot meals, cots for any rest and massage. On arrival there is a refreshment bar with hot food and other food at the disposal of its competitors.
17 - Sacks of competitors Only for MMT100MILE, every athlete will leave at the start, their bags to the organization, marking the time of delivery (through stickers provided by the organization), at which the Life Base deemed find the bag in question. 20 - Maximum The maximum time of competitions is as follows: 1. MMT100M 45 hours 2. MMT60K 12 hours 3. GTM25K 6 hours Gates shall be set up times (and MMT100M MMT60K) indicated in the road book. The staff of the Organization will be adamant in blocking the athletes who come to the gates hours out of time. This is to ensure the safety of participants and volunteers on the course. Any withdrawal must be reported to people on the course. Art.22 control anti-doping Any contestant may be subject to doping control on arrival or during the race. Any positive result will result in immediate disqualification.
Art.23 Complaints Complaints will be accepted only if made in writing within thirty minutes of the attachment of provisional results from the organization upon arrival with payment of the sum of € 150.00 non-refundable.
Art.24 Jury Complaints The jury is composed of: • Race Director • Coordinator Safety Officer (or representative of the Mountain Rescue Civil Protection) • head of the medical team. Decisions will be taken consistent with the obligations of the race, on all grounds of quarrel or decisions that occurred during the race. The decisions are final.
Art.25 - Amendments to the route or cancel the tender The organizers reserve the right to change the route at any time or location of places of refreshment and relief, without notice. In case of bad weather (cold, rain, snow, strong risk of thunderstorms or other) the departure may be postponed or canceled, or the path can be modified and / or reduced. In case of bad weather and for safety reasons, the organization reserves the right to suspend the race course or to change the hour barriers. In case of cancellation of the race, the entry fee will not be refunded
Art.26 photo coverage, television, video: rights Each entrant waives the right to rely on its image during the test, as well as a waiver of any appeal against the organizer and its partners approved for use because of its image. Moreover, with the inscription authorizing the organization to the processing of data, according to Legislative Decree 196/2003 "Protection of personal data". Art.27 Fees The price includes the contents of the goody bag, race number, any awards the above, the possible transportation of the athletes in case of withdrawal.

Art.29 Useful (directions) 1. Coming by car: A4 motorway exit at Portogruaro (VE) on highway A28 and follow (no toll) to exit and follow Cimpello Sequals. Exit at the fourth exit (Vivaro).
